How to Make Soft and Delicious Green Bean
Filled Onde-Onde
Stuffing material:
• 1/4 peas, soaked 2 hours
• 150 gr sugar
• 1/2 sdt vanilla
• A pinch of salt
Leather Material:
• 7 tablespoons glutinous rice flour
• 50 grams of sweet potato, steamed and mashed
• 2 sdm sugar
• Salt
• A little vanilla
• Sufficient water
• sesame
•Cooking oil
How to make:
1. Prepare all the materials that will be used to make onde-onde. After that, prepare a container and add sugar and water. Then, cook the sugar until the water boils. If so, remove and cool.
2. Then steam the green beans until soft and cooked. Then puree the green beans that have been tender and cook until completely smooth. Add some of the sugar solution, cook over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. If it is, add cooking oil and stir constantly. Add salt and vanilla, then stir again until well combined. Remove and set aside.
Then, mix the sugar solution with the glutinous rice flour. Mix the two ingredients until smooth and knead until smooth. If you have, take enough dough and shape it into a round. Then, smooth it out.
5. After that, take the green beans that have been mashed and put them into the skin mixture that has been flattened. Make a round dough again and repeat until all the dough is used up. Then roll it over the sesame and make sure it has sesame seeds on top.
6. Heat the oil, then fry the dumplings until golden brown. Then, lift and drain. Onde-onde ready to be served.
